By booking a session, purchasing raw assets, or commissioning a 3D-printed product from SCHV, the Client ("you") agrees to the following terms and conditions.
SCHV retains full copyright of all raw footage and edited media. Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license for personal and promotional use (Social Media, YouTube, Website).
Sale of raw 4K footage does not constitute a transfer of copyright. Resale of raw assets to third parties (e.g., stock sites, film studios) is strictly prohibited without a separate Commercial License.
Client agrees to provide credit to @schv.media in the caption and/or video tags for all public posts featuring the media.
All 3D-printed items (custom rigs, merch, collectibles) are provided as custom prototypes. SCHV is not responsible for structural failures due to material limitations (FDM/PLA/PETG).
3D-printed hardware is not certified for life-safety, load-bearing, or high-heat environments. Use in "the pit" or on stage is at the Client's own risk.
For custom prints, the Client warrants they have the legal right/copyright to the submitted design. SCHV is not liable for trademark disputes regarding custom band merchandise.
The Client acknowledges that live music environments (mosh pits, high-energy stages) carry inherent risks. SCHV is not liable for injuries to the Client or third parties occurring during the production.
In the event of catastrophic gear failure or data corruption, SCHV's liability is limited strictly to a refund of the session fee.
By hiring SCHV for a public event, the Client assumes responsibility for notifying attendees that they may be filmed.
In accordance with Arizona law, all digital and physical goods are subject to applicable Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT). This will be itemized on your invoice.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a shoot date. Final assets will not be released until the remaining balance is paid in full.
Payments delayed more than 14 days will incur a 5% late fee per week.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Pima County (Tucson).
